Its not really about us...we are here for you.
Our work in personal security and performance grew out of first hand challenges that led us to seek practical, evidence-based solutions.
Our journey began by addressing health and fitness issues related to obesity and a sedentary lifestyle through research-driven training and nutrition. That same disciplined approach led us to study and adopt the most efficient and practical systems for personal protection, including Krav Maga and modern hand-to-hand combat methodology.
Over time, we pursued advanced training and certifications in behavioral threat assessment, situational awareness, civilian use-of-force law, and personal security strategy, along with national accreditation as certified personal trainers and certified nutrition coaches. Today, we apply these skills using proven, professional-grade methods to help individuals and organizations improve readiness, resilience, and peace of mind.
Our mission is to help you build a healthy, fit, and secure life through efficient, practical, and time-respectful methods.
Experienced
Our experience spans a wide range of professional environments. We have delivered recurring combatives and personal security training for local law enforcement, as well as worked with doctors, executives, business owners, and military personnel.
Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, but they share a common goal: practical, professional instruction that respects their time, responsibilities, and real-world risk.

Teaching the Original Method
Lineage and Instructional Heritage
The footage above features the second (Eli Avikar) and third Chief Krav Maga(Boaz Aviram) instructors training in Israel in the early 1980s, prior to the widespread civilian adoption of the system. This period represents the formalization of the original military methodology before it was adapted for broader audiences.
The third Chief Instructor shown in this footage is the instructor who later certified our training, providing a direct instructional lineage to the original system as it was taught at that time.
